Therapeutic, fluid and intuitive, Katharine “Kat” Theodore is passionate about helping people find rejuvenation and renewal amidst the stresses of life…and relief from the pains that show up in their bodies because of that stress. Her style is a blend of therapeutic touch and relaxing bodywork customized for each individual.
Katharine graduated from the Bhakti Academy School of Intuitive Massage in 2007 and has been practicing in the Hudson area for over 12 years. As a Florida native, born and raised, Katharine enjoys boating and long walks on the beach as well as tubing down the natural springs; an all around sunshine girl in life and personality.
